Good location and facilities, with great beach access. Very clean and well-maintained amenities, especially the toilets and showers. There is a nice selection of restaurants and bars, with something for everyone.
The staff seem quite unfriendly and unapproachable. The prices for food and drinks are terribly overpriced.

the Spa and outdoor swimming pool access were exclusive amenities that we enjoyed immensely. the beautiful garden and sun terrace were perfect for sunbathing and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the restaurant served delicious dinner with special diet menus and packed lunches. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. We appreciated the private facilities in the room, as well as the hotel's perfect location close to the beach.
The only minor issue was the limited entertainment provided by the hotel. Although there was a snack bar and bar/lounge area available, there was no night club or live entertainment.

The site is huge and there are plenty of activities for families to enjoy from the inflatable park to the playgrounds. There are also supermarkets close by for convenience, and boats from a nearby village to explore the little islands including Venice.
The staff can be rude, and it can get very busy during peak season.

We had the most amazing family vacation! We stayed in a spacious and clean bungalow, and enjoyed the onsite restaurant for breakfast. The hotel facilities were perfect for families with kids, including two great water parks and a train to get around the property. The location was prime, situated right on the beach and accessible to transportation for a day trip to a nearby city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay.

the sparkling colourful lights joined with the giant Christmas tree made the place feel especially festive. the staff were very friendly and approachable, always willing to help with anything required. They even organised holiday-related activities to participate in, including Christmas cookie-making which was fun for the whole family. the campsite's location by the seafront also provided beautiful views of the sunset.
I did not appreciate the food quality in the restaurants. Despite the variety of meals offered, the food was tasteless and lacked creativity.
